About

Too often, women and minorities are discriminated against in the workplace but are left with a few options:

1) quit to preserve their mental health and wellness (and give up their dreams of being successful in a place they’ve worked to be in for so long)

2) file a claim to fight for their rights, only to be faced with small settlements in exchange for a non-disclosure agreement i.e. meaning they can never tell their story and are prohibited from talking about it; or

3) go the mile and sue their corporations only to deal with the very difficult judicial process which can often drag on for several years.

At BigLaw Survivor, we are standing up with these victims to help them make the right decisions, and to make corporate America a more fair and equal place.
